Payment by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) is accepted before or on the day of consultation. Please claim directly from your Medical Aid.

 

Cancellations and No-Shows

A cancellation or postponement of a session must please be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled time of appointment to avoid charges. A flat rate of R150 is charged per ‘late cancellation’ and no shows.
